Tại họp báo khởi động Cuộc thi Hoa hậu Hoàn vũ Việt Nam – Miss Cosmo Vietnam 2023, nhiều điểm đổi mới về format cuộc thi đã được công bố, đánh dấu sự trở lại đầy ấn tượng sau hành trình 15 năm, mở ra một kỷ nguyên nhan sắc mới. Chiều ngày 7/8/ 2023, tại Sofitel Saigon Plaza, Công ty Cổ phần Hoàn vũ Sài Gòn (UNICORP) phối hợp với Công ty TNHH Universe Media Vietnam (UniMedia) – đơn vị quản lý, huấn luyện đào tạo, tổ chức và sản xuất cuộc thi Hoa hậu Hoàn vũ Việt Nam tổ chức buổi Họp báo chính thức công bố khởi động và tuyển sinh cuộc thi Hoa hậu Hoàn vũ Việt Nam 2023 – Miss Cosmo Vietnam. Buổi họp báo trọng điểm đã thu hút sự quan tâm của đông đảo giới truyền thông cùng công chúng. Sau 15 năm phát triển đầy rực rỡ, sự trở lại lần này hứa hẹn mở ra một kỷ nguyên bùng nổ cho nhan sắc Việt với chủ đề “MADE, NOT BORN – TÔI LUYỆN NÊN TÔI”.

Khán giả sẽ là vị Giám khảo thứ 3 nhờ sự trợ giúp của công nghệ AI, trợ lý ảo trên hệ thống bình chọn của chương trình. Đặc biệt, đây là lần đầu tiên Cổng Bình Chọn Eventista được mở xuyên suốt trong đêm Chung kết, điểm số bình chọn sẽ đóng góp vào hệ thống điểm của Ban giám khảo, từ đó lựa chọn ngôi vị hoa hậu chiến thắng cuộc thi.
