After users enter their registered email for the account, the system will automatically send an activation email. Users should check their registered email inbox and click “Activate account/Return to contest” from the received email.
Users may not receive the account activation email due to several issues:
The email inbox is full.
The activation email is in the spam folder.
The email does not exist (users mistyped the format/name of the email).
The free voting feature only works when users successfully Create an account/Log into their account. Each account has a specific number of free votes per day. The number of free votes will reset at 00:00 (GMT+7).
The 1Vote voting platform will automatically add points to candidates after successful voting. After the “Vote successful” screen appears, users should refresh the voting page.
Following the community standards of some applications that do not allow signing in with Google, to use the “Sign in with Google” feature, users need to open the voting link with a web browser (Safari, Chrome,…) on electronic mobile devices.
If you do not want to log in or create an account, users can use the paid voting feature. Paid voting packages do not require users to Log in/ Create an account.
