TICKETING

Refund Policy

1- If the fault lies with Party B, Party B is responsible for refunding the customer and will not make any payment to Party A for the order.

2- If the fault lies with Party A, Party A will bear the transfer fee as well as the service fee for the refunded order. These fees will be included in the additional costs in the revenue report after the event concludes. Party B will then refund the customer based on this report.

3- If the fault lies with the customer:

If Party A agrees to the refund and bears the service fee for the order, Party B will proceed with the refund, and the refund fees will be included in the additional costs in the revenue report after the event concludes. Party B will refund the customer based on this report.

If Party A does not agree to the refund, Party B is not responsible for handling the refund request with the customer. The customer must contact Party A directly to resolve the issue.

In all cases of ticket refunds, Party A will bear all payment gateway fees at the time the customer successfully purchases the ticket.

Event Postponement/Cancellation

In the case that Party A’s event is postponed or the schedule is changed, Party A must notify Party B immediately after the decision is made, and Party B is responsible for updating the information on the ticketing website within 01 (one) day of receiving the notification from Party A.

In the case that Party A’s event is postponed or canceled and the customer requests a refund, the refund will be processed.

VOTING

You will not be refunded for successfully paid transactions within the payment gateway’s valid payment period.

In case you create a payment request within the valid time but the successful transaction is recorded outside the payment period, the payment gateway will contact and refund the transaction. Eventista, the voting portal provider, will be exempt from liability in this case.
