REFUND POLICY

TICKETING

When purchasing tickets, customers are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms and conditions of the platform.

For successful ticket transactions, the platform does not apply any refund policy in any form if the event proceeds as announced by the Event Organizers.

In the case of force majeure events or cancellation of the event, the refund process and mechanism will be announced and implemented according to the policies of the Event Organizers and the platform. 

VOTING

You will not be refunded for successfully paid transactions within the payment gateway’s valid payment period.

In case you create a payment request within the valid time but the successful transaction is recorded outside the payment period, the payment gateway will contact and refund the transaction. Eventista, the voting portal provider, will be exempt from liability in this case.
