The Face FPTU 2023
The Face FPTU is a competition organized for students of FPT University. It serves not only to celebrate beauty but also to identify a representative face that embodies and promotes the qualities of FPT University students: dynamic, creative, confident, intelligent, elegant, and cultured to the wider community. The competition officially kicked off in early May 2023, culminating in the spectacular and emotionally charged grand finale, The Oceanus, on November 12, 2023.

The Face FPTU marked Eventista’s first strategic technology partnership with a university. Leveraging its advanced technology and comprehensive ecosystem, Eventista provided an interactive voting platform that empowered the audience to act as fair and impartial judges, helping to determine the “Most Favorite Contestant” who advanced directly to the Top 6 in the Grand Finale.
Miss Vietnam Student 2023
Miss Vietnam Student 2023 is one of the largest beauty pageants in the country for female students, and Eventista joined as the Strategic Technology Partner. In collaboration with the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union, Eventista supported the event through an official voting platform across all stages of the competition. Under the theme “The Beauty of Intelligence”, the contest aims to celebrate the intellect, talent, charm, and dynamism of Vietnamese female students.
The competition saw participation from over 250 students representing more than 100 universities and colleges nationwide. Eventista’s technology, including Artificial Intelligence with a Virtual Assistant, was applied throughout the seven events, from regional rounds to the National Grand Finale. Each voting stage featured a user-friendly interface designed for audience engagement, while simultaneous voting across multiple events enhanced competitiveness and the overall excitement of the contest.
Miss & Mister TMU Elegance 2024
Most recently, Eventista officially became the technology partner for Miss & Mister TMU Elegance 2024, collaborating with the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of the University of Commerce to provide a seamless voting platform throughout the competition. This contest seeks to discover the talent and elegance of students, celebrating the harmonious combination of physical beauty, intellect, and character among the university’s students.
Eventista applied Artificial Intelligence with an intelligent Virtual Assistant across the contest to identify outstanding candidates for the “Most Favorite Contestant” award. With a user-friendly and intuitive website interface, Eventista brought a fresh experience to the voting process while ensuring fairness and transparency for all participants. Multiple bonus programs, such as double or triple vote points, were implemented to make the competition even more exciting and engaging.
The winners of the “Most Favorite Contestant” category were Nguyễn Thị Minh Tâm (Chinese Language Faculty) and Nguyễn Trung Hiếu (Finance & Banking Faculty), honored during the Grand Finale held on the evening of March 22, 2024.
Beyond its role as a technology partner, Eventista also supported Miss & Mister TMU Elegance 2024 in media and communication activities, helping the contest reach a wider audience and encouraging active participation from the public.
Cosplay Catwalk Contest (Umi Cosplay Festival)
Alongside Miss & Mister TMU Elegance 2024, the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of the University of Commerce also organized the “Student Festival – Sea of Hope”, a student club connection camp celebrating the 93rd anniversary of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union (March 26, 1931 – March 26, 2024). As part of the Sea of Hope events, the Cosplay Catwalk Contest (Umi Cosplay Festival) was held for the first time at TMU.
Eventista continued to support the organizing committee and students by providing a dedicated voting category to select the winner of the “Cosplay Catwalk Contest”. The official voting platform was integrated with advanced features, including multi-event voting, real-time ranking of contestants, and notably, completely free voting for the Cosplay Catwalk category.
Free voting opened the opportunity for a larger audience to participate. Without the barrier of payment, everyone could engage in the voting process freely and easily. This encouraged active participation and motivated voters, as they could see that their opinions were valued and directly contributed to the final outcome.
